1. A voter, who is present at the polling station where she is registered to vote, has the right to vote if she
A) Has voter registration ID card;
B) Has a valid identity card or other document verified during voter registration; or whose identity has been verified by witnesses during the registration process;
C) Whose name is on the voter register,
D) When it is determined that she did not vote before
2. The voter who lost her voter registration ID can explain to the polling station workers that her identity card is lost. She can also explain the fact that her name is on the register besides the fact that she did not vote. Minute will be held on the issue and she can then vote.
