Voter registration ends today.

Voter registration, which has been conducted in 11 regions and city administrations across the country, ends today. As today is the last day of voter registration in Addis Ababa, Afar, Amhara, Benishangul-Gumuz, Dire Dawa, Harari, Oromia, Gambella, Southern Nations, Nationalities and Peoples, Sidama and Somali regions, we call on citizens who do not have a voter’s card to register.

We also ask media outlets, social media users, and political party candidates to remind citizens that today is the last day of voter registration and encourage them to get their voter’s card. National Election Board of Ethiopia
