The National Election Board of Ethiopia issued a certificate of registration and legal personality to the Agew for Justice and Democracy Party

The National Election Board of Ethiopia received a letter from Dr. Addisu Mekonnen and others requesting recognition to register as a regional political party under the name "Agew for Justice and Democracy Party (Fitih/Justice)". The board examined the submitted documents according to the law, so that incomplete documents are completed and those that need to be corrected are also corrected. Based on the National Election Board of Ethiopia establishment proclamation no. 1133/2019 and Ethiopia's Election, Registration of Political Parties and Election Ethics Decree no. 1162/2019, the responsibility of registering political parties was given to the Board, and as a result the Board provided the “Agew for Justice and Democracy Party (Fitih/Justice)" a regional political party registration and legal identity certificate on July 26, 2022.
