The main purpose of this guide is to prevent and control the transmission of COVID- 19 during the election process and to make sure that the Pre-election, voting, and post-election activities do not aggravate the spread of COVID-19. All of the requirements of COVID 19, which must be met by the Board, election stakeholders and officials, are the focus areas of this draft guideline. The Board has made it open to the public for a week to gain constructive ideas to help develop this draft guideline.
