Teklit Yimesel

Mr. Teklit Yimesel has over 25 years of experience in public service. He has served as a prosecution office and department head, a Judge of the High Court and Supreme Court, and a Presiding Judge on the Cassation Bench. He has also been a member of the Judicial Council and Vice President of the High Court.

Throughout his judicial career, he has played a significant role in improving judicial service delivery, promoting judicial independence and accountability, and strengthening inter-institutional coordination within the justice sector.

In addition to his judicial roles, he has served as a trainer and team leader within the justice sector, delivering impactful results prior to his appointment as a Board Member of the National Election Board of Ethiopia (NEBE).
